About 

I am an ethnographer and social anthropologist who researches the domain of gender, development, urbanity, migration, sport and policy. My training in ethnography and qualitative research ground my works.

 

Currently I am a post doctoral fellow on a project on Kalaripayattu and Wellbeing, a project jointly executed by UL Research, Kozhikode (a research wing of Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society) and National Institute of Advanced Study, Bangalore.

 

My research has been supported by various agencies including The United States –India Educational Foundation (USIEF), Ministry of Human Resources and Development (MHRD, Govt. of India), and IIT Madras.
